Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Nensa Network mobile application and website operated by Nensa Network ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Nensa Network application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Nature of the Application & In-App Items
Nensa Network is an interactive cloud-based idle simulation and casual arcade entertainment application.
Virtual Items Disclaimer:
All in-app points, digital badges, simulation levels, and coin balances (NEN) are purely virtual items intended exclusively for gameplay, community rankings, and in-app entertainment. They hold no real-world monetary, fiat, or tangible investment value.
3. User Conduct & Fair Play
To preserve a secure and equitable environment for all users, you agree NOT to:
- Use bots, automated scripts, autoclickers, or emulators to exploit session mechanics.
- Create multiple fraudulent accounts to manipulate the referral squad reward system.
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or intercept API network requests of the application.
- Engage in abusive behavior, harassment, or spamming within community channels.
Violation of any fair play guidelines will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
4. Advertising & Rewarded Content
Nensa Network offers optional third-party rewarded video advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Watching ads is voluntary and grants temporary in-app progression speed increases or game reward multipliers. We do not guarantee continuous availability of third-party ads.
5. Account Termination
You may request the deletion of your account at any time via our web deletion portal or by emailing support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nensa Network and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the service.
